PLACING ORDERS AND
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped five days a week
Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3
PM central time will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM central time will be
shipped the next business day.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM central time
METHODS AND TERMS OF
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped via FedEx
third day delivery.
Orders over $300
($400 AK and HI) will be
of charge.

Orders under $300
($400 AK and HI) will have a
shipping charge of $9.00 added ($20 for AK and HI).
FedEx over night delivery is available.
Accounts will be billed the actual cost
of shipping plus a $10.00 handling fee.
DISCOUNT POLICY:
Any account ordering over $3,000 in product
in any given month will receive a 10%
discount credited to their account at
the end of the
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
There are two methods of payment
available:
The account will pay by credit card
(Mastercard or Visa) at the time the
order is placed.
COD terms are available payable with
a bank cashier’s check at the time of
delivery. Actual cost of shipping the
COD order will be assessed in all
cases plus a $12.50 handling fee.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Any product found to be defective may
be returned for full credit provided the
account has called CHK Nutrition prior to
returning the product and the product is
returned within one week (7 days) of
receiving the product.
Product may be returned for credit
provided it is in good condition and the
account has called prior to returning the
product. A 20% restocking fee will be
charged. Products may not be returned
for credit more than 30 days after the
sale has occurred.
