Orders over the Internet placed by 3:00 PM central time will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM central will be shipped the following day.

  BY FAX: You may order by fax at 218-626-1890. You will need to print and use the fax order form which is available in PDF format. A copy of the order form is inside the secure site "order product over the internet" above or you can call  CHK Nutrition at 877-538-8388 and we will fax you a copy of the form or e-mail you a PDF copy of the form that you can save into your computer. Orders by fax placed by 3:00 PM central time will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM central will be shipped the following day.
