PLACING ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped five days a week, Monday
through Friday. Orders placed by 3 PM (central time)
will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3
PM (central time) will be shipped the next business
day. |

DISCOUNT POLICY: Any
account ordering over $3,000 in product in
any given month will receive a 10% discount,
which will be credited to the account for
use in future months. |

METHODS AND TERMS OF
SHIPPING: |
|
Shipping
is free for orders over $300 in the
continental United States. For Hawaii and
Alaska, shipping is free for orders over
$400. For orders under these minimums, a
$9.00 shipping/handling fee will be charged.
Any orders placed outside of the United
States will pay the exact cost of shipping.

> FedEx
overnight delivery is available. Accounts
will be billed the actual cost of shipping. |
|
|
|

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

| There are two methods of
payment available: |
|
> The
account may pay by credit card (Mastercard
or Visa) at the time the order is placed. |
|
> COD
terms are available, payable with a bank
cashier’s check at the time of delivery.
Actual cost of shipping the COD order will
be assessed in all cases, plus a $12.50
handling fee. |

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
|
|
> Any
product found to be defective may be
returned for full credit, provided the
account has called CHK Nutrition prior to
returning the product. The product must be
returned within one week (7 days) of
receiving the shipment.
|
|
> Product
may be returned for credit provided it is in
good condition and CHK Nutrition has been
called prior to returning the product. A 20%
restocking fee will be charged. Products may
not be returned for credit more than 30 days
after the sale has occurred. |
