We want to ensure healthcare professionals that order CHK Nutrition’s products are aware of our policy on advertising the patented products purchased from CHK Nutrition. It has always been our policy that patients purchase supplements from their personal healthcare professional. This policy is meant to ensure continuity of care and safe supplement usage. This policy applies to any internet sales of our amino acid supplements. Therefore, professionals may not sell products to individuals who are not under their care. Beyond this policy, we offer the following requirements.
If you are offering our product for sale on your website, the following requirements must be followed:
- Your website needs to state that products can only be purchased by a patient under the care of the healthcare provider. Individuals who are not patients may not receive products.
- Websites cannot publically show any retail price of any product in a way that it may be viewed by the general public. All retail prices need to be password protected if they are going to be posted on your website with passwords available only to patients.
These requirements are designed to protect all professionals purchasing from CHK Nutrition, as well as their patients. A provider’s website that violates any of these requirements may possibly have shipping discounts, volume discounts, or even the ability to purchase products revoked.

During registration, healthcare professionals are required to give their contact information (such as name, address and email address). We request educational background and title only to verify eligibility to place orders on our site, as we sell only to licensed health care professionals. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, other than as described in “Information Shared” below. Non-healthcare professionals have general access to our website without the collection of this personal information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
When an order is placed, the user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
